We want you to love your KOOKAÏ pieces, but if you change your mind, we offer returns on full-priced items within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all KOOKAÏ security tags and garment labels remain intact.
Ship the Package
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
