What are your shipping options within the UK?
We offer Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) and Express Next-Day Delivery for orders placed before 2 PM GMT. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £150.
How do I return an item?
You can return unworn items with original tags attached within 21 days of purchase. Please use our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label. Note that a small return processing fee may be deducted from your refund.
How do I find my correct size in KOOKAÏ clothing?
KOOKAÏ uses a unique sizing system (0, 1, 2, etc.). Please refer to our comprehensive Size Guide found on each product page to convert these to standard UK sizes and find your perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options including Klarna and Clearpay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. You may return the items for a refund once they arrive.
